Privacy Policy
1. Service operator
CCTV Design Tool is administered by:
2D Advanced Solutions
Website: https://2d.ae
Email: [email protected]
Telegram channel: https://t.me/CCTVDesignTool
Telegram bot: https://t.me/CCTVDesignTool_bot
2. Scope
This policy applies to the public website at cctvdesigntool.online, user registration and account functions, the CCTV design application, project-management features, support and feedback communications, and related public pages and services controlled by the operator.
It does not automatically apply to independent third-party websites or services linked from the platform.
3. Information that may be collected
Depending on the implemented features, the service may process account information (name, email, organization, job title, username, authentication data, preferences), project information (project names, floor plans, camera locations, design geometry, notes, reports, exports), usage and technical information (IP address, browser, device, access times, features used, error reports), communications (support requests, Telegram messages, feedback), and payment information if paid services are introduced.
Uploaded drawings may contain confidential, copyrighted, security-sensitive, or personal information. Users should upload only information they are authorized to process.
4. How information may be used
Information may be processed to create and manage accounts, provide CCTV design and project features, store and retrieve projects, process uploads, perform calculations, generate reports, maintain security, detect misuse, improve reliability, respond to support, send essential communications, manage the introductory offer, meet legal requirements, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Marketing messages should be sent only where permitted and should include an appropriate way to opt out.
5. Legal bases
The applicable legal basis depends on the user’s location and the processing activity. It may include performance of a contract, steps requested before entering a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, user consent, compliance with legal obligations, and protection of legal rights.
The operator should confirm the applicable legal basis for each activity before publication.
6. Uploaded project content
Users retain responsibility for determining whether they have authority to upload and process project content.
Project content may include sensitive site information. Users should avoid uploading unnecessary personal data, access credentials, security secrets, or classified information.
The operator must technically verify and clearly document where project files are stored, whether files are encrypted in transit and at rest, whether administrators can access project files, whether files are used to improve automated models, how backups are handled, how long deleted projects remain in backups, and whether processing occurs outside the user’s country. No claim should be published until it is technically confirmed.
7. Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the service, such as cloud hosting, storage, email, authentication, analytics, error monitoring, payment processors, security providers, and professional advisers.
A current list of subprocessors should be maintained if external providers are used. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, valid legal process, or to protect users, the platform, or legal rights.
The operator does not sell personal information to advertisers.
8. International processing
The service may be accessed internationally. Hosting or service providers may process information in countries different from the user’s location.
Before publication, identify actual hosting and processing locations and document any required transfer safeguards.
9. Data retention
Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, contractual obligations, security, dispute handling, backup cycles, and legal requirements.
Before publication, define retention periods for inactive accounts, deleted accounts, active and deleted projects, uploaded files, application logs, security logs, support communications, backups, and marketing records.
10. Security
Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards should be used to protect information.
However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and for controlling the sensitivity of information uploaded to the platform.
Security claims must match the actual implementation. Do not claim encryption, certifications, independent audits, or specific compliance unless verified.
11. User rights
Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to ask whether their personal information is processed, access their information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, receive a portable copy where applicable, and complain to a competent data-protection authority.
Requests may require identity verification.
A formal privacy email or request form should be provided before publication. Until then, users may contact the operator through https://2d.ae or https://t.me/CCTVDesignTool.
12. Account and project deletion
The product should provide a clear method to request account and project deletion.
The website must accurately explain what is deleted immediately, what remains temporarily in backups, what must be retained by law or for security, expected processing time, and whether deletion is reversible.
The wording must match the actual deletion functionality.
13. Cookies and local storage
The service may use cookies, browser storage, or similar technology for authentication, session continuity, security, preferences, project recovery, performance, analytics, and campaign attribution.
Non-essential cookies should not be activated where consent is legally required unless the user has made a valid choice. See the Cookie Policy for more details.
14. Children
CCTV Design Tool is intended for professional and business use. It is not intentionally directed to children.
The minimum permitted account age and any parental-consent requirement must be confirmed based on the markets served and applicable law.
15. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the service, technology, providers, or legal requirements. The updated date should be shown at the top.
Material changes should be communicated through the website, application, or account contact details where appropriate.
16. Contact

Administrator website: https://2d.ae Email: [email protected] Telegram channel: https://t.me/CCTVDesignTool Telegram bot: https://t.me/CCTVDesignTool_bot Contact support via Telegram: https://t.me/CCTVDesignTool_bot
The final policy should be reviewed against the laws applicable to the operator and target users.
17. Data minimization
The operator aims to collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.
Users should not upload unnecessary personal data, sensitive site information, or files unrelated to their CCTV design project.
18. Automated decision-making
The service does not make legally significant automated decisions about users based solely on automated processing.
Wall detection and similar assisted features produce suggestions that require human review before use.
19. Breach notification
If the operator becomes aware of a personal-data breach that is likely to result in risk to user rights, it will assess the breach and notify affected users and competent authorities as required by applicable law.
